About the Opportunity

Microvision Information Technology is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated Administrative Coordinator to support daily administrative operations and assist in project coordination. This role serves as a key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, efficient processes, and timely execution of tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients, acting as a central point of communication.
  • Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and maintain accurate records.
  • Track project progress and prepare detailed reports on project activities.
  • Assist in project coordination by facilitating communication, following up on deadlines, and supporting project management processes.
  • Maintain and organize company records, documents, and correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support across departments as required.
  • Take initiative in handling additional responsibilities to support business needs.

About You

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles (preferably in IT or service industry).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
