At least 1-2 years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service background with confidence handling emotionally complex work. Commercial awareness and experience identifying or supporting upsell opportunities. Proven ability to manage stakeholders, timelines, and competing priorities. Comfortable working with systems, new technologies, and AI-enabled tools. Proactive problem solver, calm under pressure, and confident working independently. Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated by delivering meaningful outcomes. Excellent written English; Strong editing or writing skills are a bonus. Must be based in and eligible to work in the UK.
