About the Opportunity
The Wealth Portfolio Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality investment advice and portfolio management for high-net-worth (HNW) client relationships, in close partnership with a Wealth Advisor. This role manages moderately complex client relationships with increasing independence and accountability, emphasizing investment strategy development, disciplined portfolio construction, proactive client engagement, and integration with broader financial planning. The Portfolio Manager ensures client objectives are met through structured discovery, ongoing oversight, and coordinated execution across internal partners.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Wealth Advisor to lead client discovery and identify investment goals
- Deliver a client-centric experience aligned with the JFG Way
- Support business development objectives through proactive service
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Develop and maintain customized investment strategies
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies
Eligibility
Education & Credentials:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4–6 years of experience in wealth management or investment advisory
- Series 65/66 or IA equivalent
- Professional certifications such as CFA®, CFP®, CTFA®, ChFC® encouraged
Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships autonomously
- Experience in portfolio construction and investment strategy
- Proven collaboration with internal partners
