HSE Project Coordinator (LSNA-PA)

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and staff project support services
  • Coordinate project HSE tasks
  • Support badging operations and site logistics field support
  • Prepare site bulletins and power point presentations
  • Maintain and track safety and logistics metrics
  • Communicate with staff at all levels
  • Assist client representatives visiting the site

About You

An associate degree in business administration, or equivalent; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree. At least 5 years of safety support experience. Advanced level computer skills in MS Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Teams. Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Support the implementation of company and client safety program aspects at the field level with site workers. Experienced in reviewing completed safety documentation and cataloging for storage. Experienced in developing and implementing safety training/classes. Experience in working with a large number of site workers and contractors to perform safety assessments and performance evaluations.

Eligibility

Experienced at working in a fast-paced setting. Experienced greeting and checking-in a large number of personnel daily at a welcome center/front desk setting. Computer skills in MS Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

The base salary range for this position is $52,800.00 to $85,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
