Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Scheduling
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Track project progress and update schedules regularly
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and documentation
- Coordination & Communication
- Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors
- Ensure clear communication across all parties
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
- Prepare status reports and updates for stakeholders
- Track risks, issues, and action items
- Resource & Task Management
- Support allocation of resources and task assignments
- Monitor workload and assist in resolving bottlenecks
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential risks and escalate issues promptly
- Assist in implementing mitigation plans
About You
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
