Project Coordinator – Residential Construction

About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for a Project Coordinator to join a well-established and reputable residential home builder. This business has built a strong name in the market for delivering quality homes, exceptional customer service, and a streamlined construction process.

This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, and has previous experience coordinating a high volume of projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential home building projects through key project stages
• Liaise with clients, supervisors, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Manage project documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements
• Monitor build schedules and ensure milestones are tracked effectively
• Assist in resolving project-related issues and keep communication flowing across all stakeholders
• Support procurement and material coordination where required
• Ensure all administration is accurate, up to date, and completed within deadlines

About You

Previous experience working within residential construction, or a volume home builder in a similar role. Strong understanding of residential building processes and construction documentation. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency with construction software/systems and Microsoft Office.
