Responsibilities
- Lead projects from inception to completion
- Ensure compliance with HSE and Quality standards
- Oversee project life cycle (CAPEX/OPEX) within budget and schedule
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
About You

- Ensure safety and compliance at all times
- Establish key milestones and deliverables
- Manage resources and materials efficiently
- Lead project review meetings
Lead, support, and develop the service by:
- Effectively allocate resources
- Provide growth opportunities and continuous learning
- Identify and manage waste
Support a strategy to evolve the business by:
- Support new business pursuits
- Analyze customer needs and deliver in line with objectives
- Develop service provision through customer relationships
Experience Required
- Experience managing MEICA Projects
- Experience managing multi-disciplined Engineers and Project Managers
- Experience delivering Fixed price and/or target cost work packages
- Exposure to complex commercial frameworks
Qualifications
- APM PMQ Qualified or equivalent
- SMSTS, CSCS, HND Engineering
- NEC 3 & 4 contracts, Primavera 6 experience
- Desirable: Chartered Project Professional, BEng, IOSH, CDM
