About the Opportunity

Role Title - Locations Portfolio Manager

Job Overview: The Courier Guy is a market leading courier company and the Locations Function forms one of the divisional structures within the organization. The function is responsible for the growth of the Out of Home network. The Locations Portfolio Manager will report to the Head of Locations and is responsible for supporting the growth of the OOH network through the operational administration of contracts. The purpose of the role is to support the acquisition of new location partners and manage the existing portfolio of locations partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of contractors handling location partner onboarding.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Finance) to ensure contracts, renewals, and amendments are processed accurately and on time.
  • Work closely with the locations acquisition team to convert engaged prospects into secured location partners.
  • Ensure seamless capture and handover of partner information to implementation teams.
  • Streamline processes and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Manage relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide performance reports to partners and act as the primary escalation contact.

About You

  • 5+ years in people leadership and operational administration.
  • Proven track record in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong project management skills with experience improving processes.
  • Demonstrated partner relationship management across diverse business types.
  • Exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and communication.
  • Data-driven approach to setting goals and managing team KPIs.
  • Advance excel skills and experience on CRM.

Eligibility

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric or higher qualification.
  • 5+ years of people management experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
