About the Opportunity
Vacancy Title: Project Coordinator
Vacancy Location: London
Engagement Type: Permanent, Full Time
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across multiple projects and programmes
- Maintain project documentation, RAID items, and progress reports
- Support governance activities including meetings, agendas, minutes, and action tracking
- Track budgets, forecasts, and expenditure with Project Managers and Finance
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and financial reporting tasks
- Assist with budget reconciliations and cost variance checks
- Liaise with external vendors to resolve queries and manage documentation
- Coordinate workshops, meetings, and programme activities, including logistics and communications
- Prepare presentations, status updates, and programme materials
- Act as a central point of contact for scheduling and team coordination
- Manage small projects end-to-end under guidance
- Support planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery milestones
- Ensure smaller projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with objectives
About You
Essential criteria:
- Extensive experience in a project support, coordination, administration, or similar role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with budgets, spreadsheets, and financial data
- Confident communicator, able to work with a range of stakeholders
- Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, motivated, and keen to develop a career in project management
