About the Opportunity

Advert Assessment Project Coordinator

12 months fixed term contract

£28,000 - £30,000 + benefits

Full time (35 hours per week)

Wimbledon (hybrid and flexible working)

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the team and Assessment / Qualifications Managers with assessor coordination.
  • Organising feedback and additional support for key stakeholders as required.
  • Coordinating activities to support assessor / moderator recruitment and development.
  • Supporting with Internal Quality Assurance (IQA).
  • Preparing agendas and minutes for quarterly quality assurance meetings and bi-annual standardisation events.
  • Contributing towards Assessment Delivery by being responsible for the secure and accurate project management of membership assessments.
  • Being first point of contact for clients, taking ownership of enquiries, responding with relevant information and escalating where appropriate.
  • Contributing to the secure and accurate delivery of end point assessments.
  • Providing customer support by working with colleagues in Customer Services and Assessment Administration.
  • Managing documents and data such as candidate, apprentice and learner data and assessment documentation.
  • Regularly reporting on assessment outcomes and trends.
  • Representing the CIPD with clients, at promotional events and conferences.
  • Work with colleagues across the CIPD to promote assessment products and drive membership growth.

About You

Exceptional administrative skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritise accordingly

Excellent written English, including spelling and grammar

Good Microsoft Office Skills (including Excel and PowerPoint)

Knowledge of an HR or assessment environment

Experience of working with external partners, associates and consultants

Experience delivery of webinars and virtual briefings

Excellent interpersonal skills with experience of working with a range of stakeholders and customers

Highly responsive and proactive, with the drive to take ownership of tasks from start to finish

Able and willing to operate flexibly, and switch priorities as required

Logical, detailed and organised approach to work with good time management
