About the Opportunity

My client is seeking a Project Manager with expertise in HVAC and Building Management Systems (BMS) for fully remote work, offering up to £50,000 per annum. The role involves overseeing multiple service-oriented projects with a focus on effective planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and timely, budget-compliant project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of HVAC/BMS service projects
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Create and maintain project schedules and action plans
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and resources
• Monitor progress, risks, and project budgets
• Review scopes of work and manage change control
• Track KPIs and provide regular project updates

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven Project Management experience in HVAC and BMS environments
• Strong technical understanding of BMS systems
