About the Opportunity
Seen Presents is an experiential events agency driven by understanding human emotion and culture. We create online and offline authentic connected live experiences to drive brand resonance and understanding for consumer-focused lifestyle and entertainment brands.
Responsibilities
- Manage small scale projects autonomously from start to finish from brief through to delivery
- Assist in the project management of larger scale projects
- Communicate confidently with clients over email and in meetings
- Support on-site management for events, installations, and de-rigs
- Ensure standard agency policies and procedures are followed
- Manage projects of multiple clients simultaneously
- Work with design and production teams, suppliers, contractors, and freelancers
- Provide effective on-site support for events
About You
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Passionate, self-motivated, and proactive
- Mac literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Eligibility
An experienced Project Manager with proven client/supplier management and budget creation experience. Previous experience in a fast-paced agency is desirable.
