Project Coordinator – Sports Industry (Arabic Speaker)

About the Opportunity

The Project Manager / Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating after-school sports programs in schools. This role oversees project planning, staffing, daily operations, reporting, partner coordination, and compliance with contractual and governmental requirements. The role ensures that all sports programs run smoothly, meet operational standards, and achieve client and program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the center’s after-school sports and educational programs in schools.
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily project operations to ensure programs meet operational standards and client expectations.
• Lead staffing activities, including hiring, onboarding, and coordination of coaches and project staff.
• Supervise and support project teams and ensure effective collaboration with internal departments such as Marketing, Media, Technology, and Logistics.
• Monitor project timelines, activities, and deliverables, and ensure smooth execution across all assigned locations.
• Ensure all project systems, databases, and dashboards are accurate, updated, and reflect actual operations.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, performance, and key activities.
• Ensure full compliance with organizational policies, contractual requirements, and governmental regulations.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Support management by providing updates, insights, and recommendations related to project performance.
• Lead and coordinate ad hoc projects or initiatives as requested by management.

Eligibility

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or program management.
Experience working with sports programs, schools, or educational initiatives is an advantage.
Experience coordinating with government entities or clients is preferred.
