About the Opportunity
Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator
Location: Australia

Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination activities
- Assist in maintaining project schedules, documentation, and status reports
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
- Track project tasks, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Support stakeholder communication and follow-ups
- Assist with project reporting and governance requirements
About You
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Desirable (Nice to Have):
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
- Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
- Internship or entry-level experience in project coordination or administration
- Interest in pursuing a career in project management
