About the Opportunity

Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination activities
  • Assist in maintaining project schedules, documentation, and status reports
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
  • Track project tasks, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Support stakeholder communication and follow-ups
  • Assist with project reporting and governance requirements

About You

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Desirable (Nice to Have):

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
  • Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
  • Internship or entry-level experience in project coordination or administration
  • Interest in pursuing a career in project management
