Lead Project Manager | Full-Time | Remote | EMEA

We are a trusted recruitment partner dedicated to connecting exceptional professionals with leading global organizations. On behalf of a fast-growing software company, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Project Manager to lead complex software initiatives and drive successful delivery across distributed teams. This is a full-time remote role, open to candidates based within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and oversee project managers to ensure consistent delivery standards
• Manage multiple software projects across distributed teams and time zones
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution
• Act as the main communication point between leadership, technical teams, and external stakeholders
• Ensure projects follow Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies based on requirements
• Monitor project performance and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and high-performance culture across teams

About You

This role is ideal for a senior project leader who combines strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and people leadership in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 7–10 years of project management experience, including leadership or senior PM roles within the software industry
• Proven experience delivering complex software or digital transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
• PMP or similar project management certifications are an advantage
