About the Opportunity

Oceaneering is a global provider of Inspection, engineered services and products to various industries and both on and offshore. Oceaneering's business offerings include remotely operated vehicles, built-to-order specialty subsea hardware, deepwater intervention, and manned diving services, non-destructive testing, inspection, integrity services, engineering, and project management.

Position Summary

We are seeking applications from experienced Project Coordinators to support our Offshore Projects Group. This role will be based in our Jandakot Office.

The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the projects team responsible for ensuring that subsea and topside projects are specified, manufactured, tested, and installed to meet operational objectives, company, national, and international standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project management and support services
  • Develop and maintain project documents and schedules
  • Prepare project-related reports
  • Coordinate project meetings and workshops

Qualifications

  • Cert IV or Diploma in Project Management or Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of project support and planning/scheduling experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft software-Word, Excel, Access, and Project Applications

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Other Characteristics

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of engineering design of mechanical systems, hydraulics, tooling
