We are looking to hire a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, validation, and migration of legacy project portfolio data from the current Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system to a new enterprise platform, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the process. The ideal candidate will be working closely with project teams and the system vendor and ensure accurate reporting and PMO governance continue without disruption for our client based in Dubai - which is one of the largest companies in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable. The role sits within the Project Management Office and reports directly to the Head – PMO.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, Economics or related field. 3-5 years of experience, preferably in real estate. Solid understanding of finance functions and processes. Experience in coordination and validation of information with ERP platforms such as Oracle. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum 30 days after accepting the offer. Candidate must be able to work in United Arab Emirates.
