Job Opportunity: Project Manager (Site & Engineer Management) - Windows 11 Deployment

Location: UK-wide and International travel required

Rate: Up to £400 per day (Inside IR35)

Project: Windows 11 Deployment

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Supervise contractor engineers, providing briefings on site-specific rules, security protocols, and escort requirements.
• Site Logistics: Coordinate access to project stock and manage the storage of onsite equipment.
• Migration Oversight: Manage daily migration activities for standard users, VIPs, and ANS (Advanced Network Services) users.
• Reporting: Populate and submit daily migration completion reports and C-RAP (Change-Release Action Plan) reports to the Authority Site Lead.
• Escalation Handling: Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for resolving deployment issues and ensuring workflow management tools are updated accurately.

About You

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Proven background in site management and engineer supervision. Previous experience with large-scale hardware or OS deployments is highly advantageous.
• Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel extensively. Work is predominantly onsite.
• Clearance: Candidates will need to hold current security clearance (SC).
• Communication: Ability to provide clear instructions to technical teams and professional updates to site authorities.
