We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Service Portfolio Manager to join our Integrated Network Environment Services (INES) team in Melbourne.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted connection between INES and its customers
• Guide the prioritisation, planning, and delivery of test environment services
• Nurture the service vision and manage the backlog
• Champion improvements in services effectiveness

About You

You are collaborative and empathetic, with experience managing service portfolios or complex programs in technical or infrastructure settings. You thrive on building strong, trusting relationships and have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
