Project Director, Cost Management, Infrastructure

About the Opportunity

Working in partnership with our clients, we deliver major projects and programmes with skill and precision, by focusing on outcomes and driving high performance. Delivering innovative solutions and exceptional outcomes across our sectors, we drive the success of our client’s projects and programmes through effective planning, highly skilled teams, and rigorous controls.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Develop and lead cost benchmarks to support the overall project execution strategy.
  • Act as Commission Manager, responsible for end-to-end service delivery.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum 15 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects. Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in people management.

Eligibility

SISV / MRICS / APQS certified. 20+ years of end-to-end cost management experience. Proven project leadership.
