About the Opportunity

We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator

Location: Remote (Australia)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Level: Entry-Level / Junior

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities.
  • Collaborate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, schedules, and reports.
  • Monitor project progress and identify risks or bottlenecks.
  • Facilitate communication between teams to keep everyone aligned.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices for project management.

About You

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related internships/projects.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
