Location: Dubai

Experience Required: 2-4 years in a similar role

Availability: Immediate joiner preferred

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support day-to-day project operations. The ideal candidate will assist in site coordination, workforce allocation, documentation, and communication between internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate site visits in collaboration with the Project Lead and Scaffold Superintendent.
  • Maintain and update site opening and closing documentation.
  • Review and verify daily site timesheets.
  • Confirm scope-of-work handovers upon job completion.
  • Arrange site passes, inductions, and necessary access permissions.
  • Allocate manpower and manage duty rosters as required.
  • Support invoice certification and prepare documents for third-party inspections.
  • Follow up with clients regarding pending payments and maintain and monitor petty cash records.
  • Coordinate supplier payment certifications.
  • Handle documentation for new employees and staff returning from leave assist in trade test arrangements and confirmation for scaffolders.
  • Communicate regularly with site in-charge personnel to ensure project milestones and completion targets are met.
