WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is hiring a Lead Project Manager.
As a Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of successful client software implementation and integration projects, including the administration of contractual deliverables and timelines for complex projects of all sizes. You will build strong relationships with clients while seamlessly implementing WorkForce Software’s suite of products, ensuring that your clients are set up for long-term success. Even more, you’ll make an immediate impact once WorkForce’s services are delivered on the day-to-day lives of your clients’ employees.
You will spend most of your day performing project control activities for complex projects. You will be responsible for establishing and managing customers’ expectations, changes or gaps in delivery and mitigate issues that may interfere with project success. Still, every day will be different because you will meet clients within different geographies and industries. The solutions you provide will differ based on the clients’ unique needs. 8+ years of project management experience working with external customers
8+ years project management experience with enterprise software implementations
Entrepreneurial mindset required to rapidly shift focus and respond to ever-changing conditions
Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management preferred
Knowledge of software development process and cycle
Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies
Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 50% with the potential for international travel
Associates that live near an ADP or WorkForce Software office would be expected to work a hybrid work model
