The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Webflow Project Manager to take the lead on delivering beautifully designed, high-performing websites and digital experiences.
Want to move into product? This is a perfect transition role—bridging project delivery and product ownership. You'll not only manage timelines and output but also play a key role in shaping the web experience, user journey, and functionality.
🎯 What You’ll Be DoingLead Webflow projects from concept to launch (landing pages, microsites, campaign pages) Work cross-functionally with design, content, and marketing teamsTranslate Figma files into responsive Webflow builds using best practices Maintain and evolve a scalable design systemQA and test all builds for performance, SEO, and responsivenessBring a product mindset—focus on outcomes, user flow, and performance dataOwn timelines, task planning, and stakeholder communication
🛠️ You Should HaveProven experience building in Webflow production grade software (please include your portfolio or site examples)Comfortable in Figma—able to work on wireframes, UI designs, and componentsStrong grasp of responsive design, accessibility, and modern web best practicesExcellent collaboration and project management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-friendly environmentUnderstand basic HTML/CSS or have experience with Webflow CMS
