Transformation Portfolio Manager

About the Opportunity

Equans is looking for a Transformation Portfolio Manager to join the team on an 18-month FTC. This full-time role requires working 37.5 hours per week and offers a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards covering plans / critical path, RAID, benefits realization, and resource capacity
• Undertake in-depth analysis of program & project data to understand performance, status, trends, risks, and dependencies
• Support transformation board, exec board, and group governance by preparing insights, performing assurance checks, and tracking compliance
• Maintain portfolio roadmap, conduct resource capacity modeling, identify cross-program dependencies, and support prioritization process

About You

• Experience in delivering PMO activities in a portfolio, program, or project environment
• Knowledge of working on Transformation portfolios, programs, and projects throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Organizational and planning abilities with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
