Technology Project Coordinator - CRM (Dynamics) Migration

Technology | London | Hybrid - Contract Role

I'm supporting a growing tech function to hire a Project Coordinator to work closely with the IT Project Manager on a major CRM (Dynamics) Migration and wider technology initiatives. This role is central to keeping the programme organised, on track, and well-communicated.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project tasks, schedules, milestones and dependencies
  • Maintain key artefacts: reports, timelines, RAID logs, action logs
  • Support day-to-day project delivery across internal teams & external partners
  • Organise workshops, testing sessions, training events and project meetings
  • Prepare status updates, stakeholder communications and governance materials
  • Ensure risks, issues and actions are captured, updated and followed through
  • Manage project logistics, documentation, approvals and administrative support
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment across workstreams

About You

What we're looking for:

  • Experience supporting Technology or Business Change projects
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable with project tools (Teams, SharePoint, RAID logs, action trackers)
  • A proactive, detail-driven approach and ability to keep things moving
