Responsibilities

• Gain a deep technical understanding of our products and drive delivery through applying structured methodology and practices.
• Develop project schedules, define timeframes, and prioritize tasks to achieve project targets.
• Track progress against milestones, ensuring quality and manage risks.
• Coordinate bringing together different teams in a collaborative manner.
• Manage and control program budgets.

About You

Degree level education desired; ideally skilled in a number of Project / Programme Management approaches in addition to Agile, e.g. Prince2, PMP, APM. Demonstrable experience of running successful programs comprised of multiple delivery teams using different development processes, including but not limited to DevOps, Scrum, Kanban and lean development. Ability to provide leadership and focus for the delivery teams, building strong capability and creating an environment that supports TCEU’s Vision and Values, whilst encouraging innovation.

Eligibility

• Previous experience managing a data platform or data services is desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
