Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and close projects within assigned programmes, adhering to established methodologies and industry standard governance frameworks
  • Develop detailed project plans & platform roadmaps, including scope definition, dependencies, and realistic timelines
  • Help define and manage project budgets, track expenditure, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints
  • Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with project stakeholders
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to the Head of the Department and relevant stakeholders
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project-level risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies
  • Ensure project deliverables meet defined original requirements and stakeholder expectations
  • Prepare and submit regular project reports, providing accurate and timely updates on progress, budget, and risks

About You

5+ years of experience as a Project/Programme Manager of projects & programmes. Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and tools. Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Relevant professional certifications are highly advantageous. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Eligibility

Experience in the marine, engineering, technology, or other similarly complex industries is highly desirable.
