▼Your Role As a Strategist, you will be in charge of the management of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects overseas, including project formation, feasibility study, and overall negotiations.Own end-to-end execution for PPP in overseas social and civil infrastructure, from project structuring to final implementation.During your tenure as a Strategist, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:
1. Conceive, formulate and advance projects. (Feasibility studies, evaluation, impact assessment)2. Develop a robust connection with clients and other stakeholders.3. Manage the diagnosis of a problem, analysis, and development of solutions for client needs.4. Understand the project, follow government and international policy trends and learn leading practices.5. Present a clear idea or case using precise and concise messaging with appropriate data and tools.6. Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients.
▼Essential Requirements 1. At least 4 years of working experience2. Strong interest in the development of overseas business3. Solid problem-solving skills. Define the problem, generate new ideas, select the solution, and implement and evaluate the impact4. Excellent English communication skills, consultative approach to managing and coordinating with stakeholders5. Experience in Infrastructure (Transport, utilities, renewables, healthcare, waste/waste water, desalination, urban design/development ) projects or project finance with some spreadsheet and analysis skills
▼Preferred Requirements1. Experience and expertise in project management or areas related to PPP field2. Passionate to take on the challenge of new environments and domains3. Previous experience in an infrastructure-related or fast-growing start-up4. Previous experience in think tanks, consulting divisions of audit firms, general construction consultants, real estate developers, and business consulting firms
