We work with medical, wellness, telemedicine, and medical spa practices across the country, connecting them with a network of licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and FDA registered 503B outsourcing facilities. Role SummaryBoomRx is seeking a Strategic Client Portfolio Manager to take responsibility for a large, established portfolio of medical practices that are already actively ordering through the BoomRx platform. This is not a position that requires building a book of business from the ground up. The individual selected for this role will be entrusted with an existing, high value portfolio and will be responsible for supporting its clients, protecting its current business, and identifying opportunities for continued growth.
The Strategic Client Portfolio Manager will build relationships with assigned clients, provide consistent support, identify concerns before they become larger problems, reactivate declining or dormant accounts, and uncover opportunities to increase account activity. This individual will have the opportunity to earn commissions on eligible assigned accounts following an introductory training and evaluation period.
This position works closely with company leadership and the Account Management team. Responsibilities may overlap depending on the needs of the client. The goal is not to create rigid boundaries between departments, but to ensure every assigned account receives responsive communication, reliable follow up, and the support needed to grow with BoomRx.
The Strategic Client Portfolio Manager is expected to learn the history, needs, ordering activity, and potential of each assigned account. This is not a traditional customer service position. It is a relationship and revenue focused role that requires ownership, judgment, organization, and consistent communication.communication.

QualificationsPrevious account management, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or sales experience is not required. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate the right communication skills, judgment, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What Success Looks LikeSuccessful Strategic Client Portfolio Managers take ownership of their assigned accounts and develop a clear understanding of each client’s needs, activity, concerns, and potential. They communicate consistently, follow through on commitments, maintain accurate account records, and work effectively with Account Management and leadership.
Success in this position means keeping clients engaged, identifying account risks early, resolving concerns, reactivating dormant accounts, and finding meaningful opportunities for growth. The strongest performers will become trusted contacts for their clients while helping protect and expand a valuable portfolio of business.
Introductory and Commission Eligibility PeriodThe position begins with an introductory training and portfolio evaluation period of up to 90 days. During this period, the employee will learn the BoomRx platform, pharmacy network, products, processes, and assigned client portfolio.
Accounts will be introduced and assigned based on the employee’s progress, readiness, communication, organization, and ability to manage client relationships. The goal is for the employee to become commission eligible within the first 90 days, with the possibility of earlier eligibility based on demonstrated performance.

Work EnvironmentThis is a full time, on site position in Boca Raton, Florida, with standard working hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
This is a phone and relationship focused position. Employees should expect to spend a significant portion of each day communicating with clients, following up on account needs, reviewing account activity, coordinating with internal teams, documenting activity, and identifying opportunities to retain and grow assigned accounts.
