Job Purpose

Coordinates unconventional operations executed by the Technical Service Personnel and Asset Management. Ensures the optimization of QHSES and compliance to policies and regulations at work sites, onshore and offshore.

Job Description

  • Serves as a point of contact for customers during project planning and execution, also for the various functional areas
  • Coordinates Field services operations, ensures compliance with established sales and cost budgets and schedules
  • Ensures site organization of service technicians, in coordination with engineers, logistics and warehouse function and local agents and suppliers
  • Builds and maintains relationship with customer and other suppliers associated with the project
  • Performs the planning of project execution
  • Coordinates with Service Project Manager to establish a realistic project schedule and monitors compliance with the defined project objectives and project management processes
  • Ensures that the project status and progress is effectively communicated to the Project Team and to the customer
  • Plans and communicates the project asset supply and staffing plans and organization
  • Conducts billing for services and maintains all job-related documentation
  • Ability to provide input and solve difficult/specialized technical issues that require knowledge related to technical/functional project field

Must Have

  • REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION: Degree in engineering or technical subject preferred (not essential if compensated by substantial field experience)
  • REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated hands-on field experience in wellhead or related oil & gas operations
  • REQUIRED CERTIFICATE(S): BOSIET, H2S awareness, TechnipFMC HSE, and quality programs
  • REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Strong English language communication and stakeholder management skills
  • REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND/OR PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS: Advanced proficiency in reading engineering drawings and layouts (Visio, CAD)
  • REQUIRED MANAGERIAL SKILLS: Demonstrated leadership in field and project settings
