Senior Social Media Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join the digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the brand presence, engaging with the audience, and driving results across various social media platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and conversion goals.Create and curate high-quality and engaging content for various social media platforms.Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure regular and timely posting.Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and mentions promptly.Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific objectives.Analyze social media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to align social media strategies.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social media management.Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling and shareable content.

Preferred Skills

Certification in social media marketing or related fields.Experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations in the same industry.Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools.Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).Experience with crisis management and handling negative feedback on social media.
