Senior Project Manager / Project Director – Data Centres Location: Sweden | Permanent, Full-Time The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Director to lead the delivery of large-scale data centre developments in Sweden. This role will suit a senior construction professional with experience delivering hyperscale or colocation data centres, or similarly complex, MEP-intensive infrastructure projects. You will oversee project execution from pre-construction and design coordination through construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery against programme, budget, quality and safety objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead client meetings, manage senior stakeholders and resolve complex project delivery issues. Drive testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing and final handover. Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, Project Director or equivalent on large-scale construction projects. Direct experience delivering data centres or mission-critical infrastructure is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing and critical infrastructure interfaces. Experience managing significant project budgets, multidisciplinary teams and multiple contractors. Strong commercial, contractual and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluency in English and availability to work on-site in Sweden Swedish speaker (considered a plus) Experience with hyperscale data centres, colocation campuses or phased, multi-building developments would be particularly relevant.
