Senior Project Manager

About the Opportunity

JAI HR Management Consultancy Services is hiring for a high-impact opportunity with a leading global digital experience organization. We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementations to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AEM & AEP implementation projects
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource planning across multiple engagements
• Maintain RAID logs and proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
• Coordinate effectively with offshore and onshore delivery teams
• Provide structured project updates to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Engage with senior executives and C-level stakeholders
• Drive Agile & SAFe delivery practices across teams
• Ensure governance, delivery quality, and project excellence

About You

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of project management experience within Adobe ecosystem projects
• Proven experience delivering at least 2 end-to-end AEP implementations
• Strong hands-on exposure to AEM project delivery
• Expertise in Agile methodology and SAFe practices
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Adobe Experience Cloud certifications
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Target, or Campaign
• Background working with Adobe consulting or partner environments
