Role Description This role oversees end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-phase projects, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.QualificationsProven track record in directing large-scale projects, within Energy infrastructure, ideally in substations >=110kV .Fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work on-site in Berlin.Strong project and program management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement, implement best practices, and manage change across multiple projects.Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly beneficial. Knowledge of FIDIC, NEC contractual environments or successful experience in ECI.
