Senior Project Coordinator

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧Assist the Project Manager in planning and organizing project activities.Coordinate and track project schedules, timelines, and milestones.Monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered in time and within scope.Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure project alignmentSchedule and organize team meetings, stand-ups, and sprint reviews.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and status updates.Update project trackers and dashboards to provide visibility to stakeholders. Ensure all project-related information is accurate and easily accessible.Identify potential project risks and issues and escalate them to the Project Manager.Able to Address and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.Coordinate between the sales team for product knowledge and customer requirements.Ensure to initiate and respond immediately in group chat such as customers and internal teams.Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance project execution. 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) is a plus.3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development. Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Familiarity with software development processes, tools, and technologies.Familiarity in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or Asana.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.Understanding of coding principles and frameworks is a bonus but not mandatory.
