About Wealth And Retail Banking

Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) serves more than 11 million clients in many of the world’s fastest-growing markets. Our client continuum spans from Mass Retail to Affluent, including high-net worth clients served by our Private Bank. We leverage digital banking channels with a human touch to provide clients with differentiated products and services such as deposits, payments, financing, wealth management and personalised advice. We also support small business clients with their business banking needs.

Job Summary

The Credit Cards business in Standard Chartered Bank UAE is a growing business line with core focus on customer growth and card value proposition. The shortlisted candidate will work alongside the credit cards team to work on initiatives related to product development and maintenance, customer growth and customer engagement. This role will require working extensively with business partners across various functions to implement initiatives and track performance of these initiatives for an effective business management strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • This role will be responsible to work on the design and implementation of credit card business initiatives.
  • The activities will cover product development and management, product lifecycle management and customer growth.
  • It will require collaboration with stakeholders across various functions to ensure that such initiatives are in line with the overall business objectives and we are achieving the desired results.
