Senior Portfolio Manager – Commercial (Emerging Middle Market)

About the Opportunity

Come join our amazing team! We are currently searching for a Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager to join our team in the Emerging Middle Market. The main responsibility of this role is to evaluate the risk level of our commercial transactions and make well-informed decisions based on our company's guidelines and standards. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge in commercial loans and be able to effectively manage a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates all financial statements for credit worthiness
• Identifies credit strengths, weaknesses, and risks
• Collaborates with Relationship Managers on loan decisions
• Supports management of the Relationship Manager portfolio
• Performs financial analysis and risk assessments
• Develops proposals to capture new business

About You

The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of relevant experience in credit or lending instruments, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, and technical proficiency in problem solving, collaboration, and analytical thinking.

Eligibility

Intermediate proficiency in Loan Structuring, Regulatory Compliance, Portfolio Management, Credit Risk Assessment, Banking Operations, and Microsoft Office. Advanced proficiency in Data analysis tools and Financial analysis.

Benefits

• Salary range: $69,000.00 - $127,800.00
• Pay Type: Salaried
