Senior Portfolio Manager

About the Opportunity

This highly visible role sits within the Investments division and will partner closely with senior leaders to develop and deliver multi-year strategic plans, drive key initiatives across the investment portfolio, and embed sustainability and resilience into decision-making. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders across Investments, Finance, Risk and ESG to ensure the fund’s strategy delivers strong outcomes for members.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year investment business planning and strategic execution.
• Oversee key initiatives that strengthen portfolio performance and sustainability.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the fund to align strategy and delivery.
• Track and report on progress to leadership and investment committees.

Requirements

10+ years experience in investment strategy, planning, or governance (superannuation, asset management, or consulting). Strong commercial and analytical capability with proven stakeholder influence. Understanding of sustainable investing principles and long-term portfolio design. Excellent communication, leadership, and project execution skills.
