About the Opportunity

Estate & Property Management - Senior Role

We are looking for an experienced property professional to take ownership of delivering a first-class management service across a diverse portfolio. This role is suited to someone who thrives on managing teams, building strong client partnerships, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of property managers, providing coaching, training and performance reviews to ensure delivery of excellence.
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a seamless occupier experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with a high-profile client, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring their objectives are consistently met.
  • Oversee property inspections, health and safety compliance, maintenance, refurbishment works and contractor management.
  • Prepare and manage service charge budgets, financial reporting, and year-end accounts, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and statutory compliance.
  • Work closely with accounts and credit control teams on arrears collection, liaising with solicitors and attending court proceedings where necessary.
  • Drive continuous improvement through innovation, process efficiencies, and technology adoption.
  • Manage statutory and legal requirements including Section 20 notices, rent reviews, insurance claims, and lease compliance.

Client Relationship

  • Act as the key contact for the client, leading weekly and ad-hoc meetings, and producing comprehensive management reports.
  • Provide proactive advice, support, and solutions to the client’s representatives, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
  • Champion service excellence and deliver ongoing initiatives that enhance value for both the client and occupiers.

People Leadership

  • Inspire, lead, and support your team to achieve their potential, creating a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Conduct regular one-to-ones, appraisals, and training to ensure professional growth and role satisfaction.

  • £45,000 basic salary
