This role involves driving a portfolio of complex, high-value projects to expand and strengthen specialist housing provision across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of housing development projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Develop robust business cases and risk analysis
• Oversee procurement, contractor performance, and consultants
• Maintain strong project governance and reporting
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices

About You

You are an experienced project leader with a passion for delivering high-quality property developments that create a positive impact. Key qualifications and skills include:

• Significant experience in housing development or complex property projects
• Recognized project management qualification
• Strong financial and commercial awareness
• Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills

Eligibility

This full-time permanent role requires attendance at our head office in Widnes at least once a week. Ideal candidates should be based within an hour's commute of Widnes.
