Exciting Opportunity Alert! 🌟 HTC Global Services is hiring a Senior Delivery Manager cum Portfolio Manager – (SAP SuccessFactors) - HR Domain expert for an 1-year extendable contract in Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite). Responsibilities

• Own and govern the end-to-end HR Technology portfolio and transformation roadmap.
• Define strategic technology roadmaps aligned with HR, DTI, and corporate objectives.
• Prioritize investments, programs, and enhancements based on business value, risk, compliance, and resource availability.
• Establish portfolio governance, delivery metrics, and executive reporting mechanisms.
• Lead large-scale HR technology programs from ideation through production deployment and benefits realization.
• Act as the primary technology partner for HR Leadership and Business Product Owners.
• Manage annual HR Technology budgets, CAPEX, OPEX, forecasting, and investment plans.
• Lead supplier evaluation, RFPs, contract negotiations, and commercial governance activities.
