Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in business analysis. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business improvement initiatives and supporting decision-making processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges.Gather and document business requirements through interviews, surveys, workshops, and data analysis.Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects.Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in the resolution of issues.Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.Provide ongoing support for business process improvements and change management.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of delivering valuable insights and recommendations.Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
