Responsibilities
- Coordinate retail store projects including openings, refits, relocations and closures.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, documentation and project communications.
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors and suppliers to support successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues and actions, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project reports and records.
- Support the implementation of operational improvements across the retail business.
- Assist with reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Help deliver the rollout of new systems, processes and ways of working.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Retail Operations, Property, IT, Finance and Store Teams.
- Travel regularly to stores to support project implementation and business improvement initiatives.
About You
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Experience coordinating retail, property, facilities or store development projects.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence working with project plans, timelines and documentation.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- A solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel regularly to stores.
- Experience within retail property, construction or store development environments (desirable).
- Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives (desirable).
- Knowledge of SOP development and project management tools such as Asana (desirable).
