We are seeking an experienced Residential Portfolio Manager to join our high-performing Property Management team. Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining a residential property portfolio
• Leasing, routine inspections, and tenant communication
• Coordinating maintenance requests and compliance requirements
• Preparing and processing documentation through PropertyMe, DocuSign, and related platforms
• Supporting the Property Management team with administration and marketing tasks

About You

You're a natural communicator who enjoys solving problems and creating positive experiences for clients and tenants. You bring:

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• A professional, proactive, and adaptable approach
• Confidence using Google Suite, PropertyMe, and DocuSign
• A collaborative mindset and genuine willingness to learn
• Previous property management or real estate administration experience (preferred but not essential)
• A current Property Representative Licence, or the ability to obtain one
