About the Opportunity
Title: HubSpot CRM & Automation Build – Commercial Real Estate Leasing System (Done-For-You)
Overview: We are a commercial real estate development and leasing firm. Our model is to acquire land, develop retail projects, lease them up, and sell stabilized assets. We are seeking an experienced HubSpot specialist to build a fully automated leasing system from lead intake through lease execution. This is NOT a basic CRM setup. We need a complete, done-for-you system. We are not looking to manage setup internally.
Scope of Work
HubSpot CRM Setup
- Configure HubSpot for commercial real estate leasing
- Build a custom deal pipeline with stages like New Inquiry, Qualified, Touring, LOI Sent, LOI Negotiation, LOI Signed, Lease Draft, Lease Negotiation, Lease Signed (Closed)
- Lead Capture Integration
- Automation (Critical)
- Scheduling Integration
- Chatbot Integration
- Dashboard & Reporting
- System Structure for Multiple Properties
Responsibilities
- Proven HubSpot implementation experience
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier preferred)
- Ability to build full systems, not partial setups
- Strong understanding of lead funnels and CRM workflows
- Clear communication and ability to document the system
