Regional Portfolio Manager

About the Opportunity

Axis Residential is a forward-thinking, property management organization, part of Inland Group – a vertically integrated real estate developer, contractor, and operator of multifamily and senior housing communities. We are seeking a people-focused Regional Portfolio Manager based in Southwest Washington to support Affinity Living Communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
• Identify and recruit talent in the market
• Provide training and performance evaluation
• Create and maintain a community culture
• Visit properties regularly to provide support
• Evaluate revenue and profit potential
• Develop annual operating budgets
• Ensure operational and financial goals are met
• Review and compile property performance reports
• Maintain property taxes and liability insurance
• Comply with company policies and Fair Housing laws

About You

We are seeking a people-focused and business-minded Regional Portfolio Manager who can effectively engage with and lead a high performing team while achieving operational performance objectives.

Eligibility

• Must be a team player
• Experience developing and leading high-performing teams
• Prior multifamily property management experience preferred
• Understanding of financial statements and budgets
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required

• Competitive pay, $95,000 - $110,000 annually
