Job Description

This position focuses on the responsibilities of a Product Specialist, playing a pivotal role in leading agile software development projects using the Scrum framework. It requires someone with a unique blend of project management expertise, agile methodology knowledge, and business domain understanding.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion.Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a proactive manner.

Documentation Management

Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting minutes.Organize and manage project files, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.Prepare and distribute project-related materials to relevant stakeholders.Ensure compliance with documentation standards and procedures.

Stakeholder Communication

Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.Address and escalate project-related issues to appropriate parties as needed.

Quality Assurance

Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure adherence to project standards.Monitor project performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.Implement quality control measures to enhance project outcomes.Collaborate with team members to develop and implement best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

This role requires someone who can switch hats effectively between leading the team and representing the product vision.Experience in both project management and product ownership is a plus.Depending on the project size and complexity, the level of expertise required may vary.
