Harbor is seeking a Project Manager Team Lead to join our growing Legal Technology and Operations Department. As the primary point of contact for client engagements, the Finance Systems Project Manager Team Lead ensures consistent client satisfaction through exemplary leadership and responsive service. This role oversees the implementation team to ensure effective task, risk, and time management, guaranteeing projects are completed on time, within budget, and in scope while delivering exceptional value. Responsible for the success of multiple concurrent projects, the Project Manager excels at collaborating with business and technology leaders to deliver solutions that help clients maximize their investment.
Project management experience implementing Aderant Expert / Elite 3E.
Four-year degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Proficient in collaboration and project tracking tools.
3+ years of experience with legal technology implementation preferably in a consulting, vendor, or law firm environment.
Competent in problem-solving, customer-focus, communication, collaboration, organizational support, quality focus, and punctuality.
Authorized to work in the country of residence (UK) without restriction or sponsorship.
