Project Manager – R&D

About the Opportunity

Join the Project Management team as a Project Manager reporting to the R&D IPT Lead. The role involves managing project execution, engineering development efforts, contract deliverables, and milestones. You will oversee cost, time, quality, and technical performance requirements, as well as communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Launch new projects with due diligence by creating project artefacts
• Manage communications with stakeholders and capture their requirements
• Coordinate with operations for project delivery and customer engagement
• Liaise with engineering leads to identify critical success factors
• Manage risk, financial reports, and project updates
• Collect lessons learned for process improvement

About You

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience in project management within an Engineering environment
• Stakeholder management experience
• Proficiency in project planning tools like Microsoft Project
• Ability to generate project and financial reports
• Willingness to travel within the UK and abroad
